

Middle Child is rooted in Hull's local nightlife and theatre scene - with a background in gig-theatre and community-driven storytelling - and is now receiving national recognition.
Given Middle Child's already has a strong identity, the challenge was not to reinvent the wheel, but to evolve it into a more flexible visual system that could support the company in-house with it's continued growth across wider theatre. Working closely with the team, StuBlu provided guidelines and application examples that created more internal consistency while still encouraging experimentation nand playful creative freedom.
